Aluminum and bronze plate processing

All copper will react with oxygen. Under certain standards, the Cu2O caused by anodic oxidation reaction can produce a detailed protective film on the surface of copper. The Cu2O on the surface is oxidized into CuO by part of the air under the effect of dissolved oxygen in water. Therefore, the metal oxide protective film on the copper surface has a double-layer structure, the inner layer is Cu2O, the surface is composed of Cu2O and CuO. However, Cu2O and CuO are difficult to react under weak acidic and alkaline conditions, so it is equivalent to adding a layer of protective film for copper, so aluminum bronze plate has strong corrosion resistance.

Because the relative density of all copper is 8.9g/cm3, it has high conductivity, low compressive strength and low strength, so the aluminum bronze plate has high compressive strength and excellent plastic deformation. Therefore, aluminum and bronze plate is used for dam waterproofing, tunnel construction waterproofing, power plant waterproofing and other new projects. It is not easy to crack when the uneven foundation settlement of wooden floor is produced, so as to improve the seismic grade working ability and anti-impact force of hydraulic engineering buildings, and at the same time has the effect of anti-collapse.

In addition to the physical and organic chemical characteristics of the aluminum bronze plate itself, the waterproof and anti-seismic effect of the aluminum bronze plate is decided. In the whole process of the forming and installation of the aluminum bronze plate, in order to better achieve the actual effect of the anti-seismic grade and anti-rust, the aluminum bronze plate will be firmly raised in the design scheme.

When installed, the symmetry is firmly covered with plastic deformation, and the concrete is closely occluded with the teeth. Then in the case of uneven ground settlement on the road surface, it will be firmly delayed to achieve the actual effect of anti-seismic grade and anti-rust.
