Zinc-copper titanium alloy, also known as titanium zinc, is made of high-grade electrolytic zinc purity up to 99, 99%, adding precise quantitative copper and titanium smelting, greatly improving the processing performance and mechanical properties of zinc, quality is more excellent.

Composition and Function:

99.995% high purity zinc accounted for 98.8%-99.86%; Copper accounts for 0.08% to 1.0%. Adding copper can increase the tensile strength and ductility of zinc plate. Titanium accounted for 0.06%-0.2%, adding titanium can increase the strength, stiffness and creep resistance of zinc plate; The combination of copper and titanium can reduce the coefficient of longitudinal thermal expansion of zinc. Titanium zinc plate has original zinc, pre-passivated zinc. After the pre-passivation treatment, its surface presents a variety of gray tones, which can coexist with all kinds of building materials. Zinc-cu titanium alloy plate can naturally form light gray/blue gray.

Exposed TO the atmosphere, the surface of the formation of a striking light gray/blue gray zinc carbonate layer of natural protective layer, protect the zinc metal from corrosion, to ensure that the titanium zinc metal plate has excellent service life. It is a natural protective metal, which can automatically heal surface scratches. If the surface scratch depth is 0.01mm, it can heal after 20d. Long-term use can keep metal luster, long life, without coating protection.

Surface treatment

A, natural primary color: Primary color zinc has A silver white, shiny natural luster, with the passage of time, the surface will be oxidized into A matte light gray passivation layer.

B. Double-sided spraying: 5 micron primer and 20 micron topcoat are sprayed on both sides of primary zinc, and then polymerized by high-temperature baking.

C. Pre-passivation: by putting natural zinc into a special solution to change its surface crystal structure of about 1 micron, the surface of this metal surface structure is chemical reaction, so it is very durable. The purpose of this process is to accelerate the surface oxidation of zinc.
