Copper tube production, manufacturing, processing need strict in accordance with the actual operation of copper tube production process specifications, to ensure that the finished products can be easy to use, durable.

1, copper pipe general requirements

Sealing refrigerant system requires clean internal surface of pipe fittings, no oxidation, no water, no oil, etc. It is not allowed to use copper pipes with cracks, non-circular deformation, distortion, visible trachoma, inkjet (defective marks detected by copper pipe factory), blackening (oxidation) and other defects.

2. General requirements for copper pipe processing

Pipeline processing according to the design drawings, shape, size should meet the design requirements; The diameter of the fracture should be changed within 2% of the standard diameter of the copper pipe, and the fracture is not allowed to fly, burr; The pipe fittings should be deoiled, decontaminated and free of copper chips. The internal and external surfaces should be smooth and clean, without oil stains, scars and oxide skin. The welding process shall be protected by nitrogen filling, and the interior shall be blown clean with 0.3~ 0.5mpa dry compressed air after welding.

4, copper pipe bending

Tools: Manual pipe bender. According to the drawing and the appearance of copper pipe, select the appropriate pipe bender to remove the sundries that may affect the operation of the pipe bender to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment. Before each bending, adjust the mold or parameters, and conduct idling test bending, confirm the normal equipment after processing.
