How to install copper busbar?

Copper busbar has many good properties, so it is also widely used. But do you know how to install it?

1. First, we need to check the arrival condition

Each bus bar is required to have a certain degree of straightness, no scratches, uniform color, no deformation and mechanical damage.

2. Welding of copper busbar

Groove processing: groove processing has special groove. The groove Angle is between 65 and 75°, the groove is smooth and uniform, without burrs and burrs. Before welding, clean all 50mm sides of the busbar, free of oxide film, moisture and oil stains.

3. Tubular bus lifting

Damping wires shall be inserted into each tube prior to hoisting the tube bus and end caps or terminal balls shall be installed. The terminal ball shall be painted with phase paint. When the tube is hoisted, sandpaper or wire brush is applied to the contact surface to remove the oxide layer on the surface, oil is wiped with a cloth, and grease is applied to install.

4. Adjust and check the tubular bus after it is installed

After the tubular bus is in place, check that all accessories are in good condition, installation position is correct, and elastic pins are open. Each tubular bus shall be fixed at the intermediate point and shall be straight and undeformed, and shall have a smooth surface. Each part of the bus is kept horizontal, the in-line tubular bus is kept on the same straight line, and the phase tubular bus is located on the same level. The distance between the phases and the distance to the ground conforms to the design requirements and meets the requirements of the regulations.
