1. Well vacuum annealing furnace
Structural characteristics: The electric furnace structure is similar to the international standard electric furnace, the outer shell is made of steel plate and section steel continuous sealing and welding. The lining of the furnace is made of 0.6g/Cm2 ultra-lightweight energy-saving firebricks. Aluminum silicate fiber cotton blanket is pasted behind the furnace lining to make the electric furnace warm up and good insulation. The gap between the shell and the lining is filled with insulation refractory fiber cotton. The furnace is made of lCrl8Ni9TiNi stainless steel plate rolled into a cylinder, welded on both sides, and tested for pressure after X-ray nondestructive testing. The furnace cover adopts insulation type water cooling, and the heat-resistant rubber is used as the sealing ring between the furnace cover and the furnace gallbladder. The furnace bladder cover is provided with nitrogen inlet tank, exhaust pipe, pressure gauge, vacuum suction pipe and safety valve. The upper, middle and lower three areas of temperature control automatically control the temperature, according to the process requirements, exchange setting temperature, automatic or manual power supply, can set the holding time and equipped with high temperature automatic alarm or power off.
2. Trolley vacuum annealing furnace
Structure description: Trolley type vacuum resistance furnace, furnace body heating left, right and bottom, divided into front, middle and back three areas of temperature control, automatic control cabinet temperature controller automatically displays the process temperature, furnace orifice sealed with rubber ring, there is a water circulation device, furnace gallbladder batching frame and feeding device. Mainly used for bright heat treatment of steel pipe and other straight metal materials.
3. Hood vacuum annealing furnace
This equipment adopts heat-resistant stainless steel bell jar and furnace body strictly sealed, so that the working material and the outside air isolation. In the process of heating, cooling box, always in high purity nitrogen, hydrogen gas protection, so that the annealing material to keep bright surface, no oxidation. Because there is a strong convection fan in the furnace, the air in the furnace forms a strong convection circulation, to promote the furnace temperature uniformity, the temperature difference of each point in the furnace can be controlled within degrees Celsius, so that the annealing material obtains uniform physical and mechanical properties.
