The raw material needs to go through three processes to produce qualified anode copper, so it is called the three-stage method. The three-stage method has the advantages of good comprehensive utilization of raw materials, simple composition of the output dust, easy treatment, high grade of crude copper, easy operation of the refining furnace, higher equipment productivity, but also has the advantages of more complex process, more equipment, large investment and more fuel consumption. Therefore, in our country, except for the enterprises with large regulation film or some special waste slag, the general waste copper processing process is mostly adopted by two-stage method and one-stage method.
