How to determine the extrusion temperature of brass plate

The low limit of extrusion temperature category should take into account the excellent plastic deformation of high temperature, and should also make the deformation resistance of metal materials and brass plate not too high.

In the selection of lower extrusion temperature, large ton continuous extrusion machine should be used.

In the clear heating temperature, as far as possible to choose low temperature extrusion molding. In the different temperature to carry out extrusion molding, can get different physical properties, in the selection of extrusion temperature, should take into account the characteristics of the product provisions. Some brass plate in the higher temperature extrusion molding tail shrinkage is too long, pressure, such as HPB59-1, etc. When extrusion copper, the temperature is too low, extrusion product tail is very easy to produce strip mechanism.
